What Makes a Trent Edwards Card Hot:
This weeks Player to watch is Buffalo Bills ROOKIE Quarterback Trent Edwards. Yes,if he has only pulled it off last Monday night, the guy would be off to a 2-0 start but he's the real deal and we may never see JP Losman back again. Its still early to make that last statement but if your a speculator then early is better. Edwards was drafted based on the recommendation of the late Bill Walsh who endorsed Edwards when he was at Stanford. Edwards was a 3rd round draft pick and the 5th or 6th QB taken in the 2007 draft BUT the 1st QB to start from this past draft.

Edwards doesn't have huge stats yet but he doesn't kill the team. Kind of reminds you of T.Brady's stats when he first started. He completes 70% of his passes as a ROOKIE! They have a bye this week but the next 4 games are winable against Baltimore, Jets, Cincy and Miami. The 2 toughest (Baltimore and Cincy) being home games and the Bills show up to play when they are at home. Watch this kid blossom in the next 4 weeks!
